This section is for recording the conceptual, gestational, prenatal, and neonatal history of a patient. Information in this section is recorded as standardized phenotypic data using the Human Phenotype Ontology (HPO), and is included in the OMIM diagnosis and gene suggestions. The contribution of this information to diagnosis and gene suggestions can be viewed and disabled in the Genotype Information and Diagnosis sections.
