Creating a Family Record

To create a new family record hover over “+ Create” the PhenoTips header and select “New Family”. You can also select the plus (+) icon to the right of the “My Families” box headers. A family record will also be automatically created when you create a pedigree in the Family History and Pedigree section of the patient record.
