About Team Accounts
A team is a group of PhenoTips users that share editing and modification access to all patient and family records assigned to that group. Each team account comes with a minimum of 5 users and one customizable study. PhenoTips will set up the team, accounts of team members, and study prior to use. Teams and studies are also available as part of PhenoTips Enterprise instances. Contact your administrator or PhenoTips support to set up a team or study in your Enterprise instance.
Studies allow customization of the patient record form, including changing section order, customizing the list of common suggested phenotypes to investigate in the Clinical Symptoms and Physical Findings section of the patient record, and adding new custom sections relevant to the specific study.
