Export a Patient Record

You may wish to print, download, send, or import your patient record into another software tool or PhenoTips instance. To do so, view or edit the patient record you wish to export. Hover over “More actions” on the far right side of the record header, beside “Delete”, and select “Export PDF”. If you’ve changed your user type to “Advanced” in your account settings, you will also have the option to select “Export JSON”.

If you select “Export PDF” your patient record will automatically download in this format. If you select “Export JSON” a new page will open in your web browser that contains the JSON data. From there you can copy and paste the data or download the page.
