1. RegEx for External Ids: Pedigree tries to validate the E Id when there is no RegEx format set (Occurs only on a Fresh PT install/upgrade)
2. AHS: Thymleaf PDF template is not exporting partial dates
3. Pedigree export as an image doesn't work when legends are not included in the export
4. AHS Abridge report fails due to the new health card information controller
5. ORDO re-indexing fails with the latest URL
